Is Progress free?
Yes. The core features - Areas of Interest, Most Impactful Task, daily task management, and basic analytics - are free. A premium subscription unlocks advanced analytics and additional features across all Intenca apps.
Can I use it offline?
Absolutely. Progress is built offline-first. Your tasks, notes, and data live on your device and sync to the cloud when you are back online. No internet required to get things done.
Do I need an Intenca account?
Yes, an account is required to sync your data across devices and access the web app. Signing up takes less than a minute.
What makes the Most Impactful Task different from a regular to-do?
Instead of listing everything you need to do, you pick the single task that will have the biggest impact today. It gets pinned to the top with a rocket icon. Everything else waits its turn. No context switching, no decision fatigue.
Is Progress available cross-platform?
Yes. Progress works on Web, iOS, Android, and macOS. Your data syncs seamlessly between all platforms, so you can pick up where you left off on any device.
How do I get started?
Head over to the web app and create an account. You will start with an Inbox and a few default Areas of Interest. Pick your first Most Impactful Task and you are on your way.
How do I add an Area of Interest?
On the Home page (List View), tap the "+" tab. Or on the Home page (Area View), tap the top-right menu icon and select "Create a New Area" from the dropdown. Enter an area name (max 20 characters) and press Done.
How do I add a Task?
Tap the text input at the bottom of any task list, type the task title, and press Done. The area is automatically set based on the current page - Inbox by default, or the current area on an area detail page. On the Today page, the task is automatically added to Today.
How do I tag a Task?
For a new task, tap the tag icon in the new task toolbar while creating it. For an existing task, press on the card and tap the Tags button. In the popup, create new tags inline or toggle existing ones.
How do I delete an Area?
On the area detail page, tap the ellipsis menu (⋮) and select "Delete Area". A confirmation modal appears if the area has tasks. The area is soft-deleted and moved to the Bin with a 30-day recovery window. Note: the Inbox cannot be deleted.
How do I change an Area's colour?
On the area detail page, tap the small coloured square next to the area title. Pick a colour and tap the save icon to confirm. No colour is set by default - it remains transparent until you pick one.
